Gridiron Rehab and Athletic Fitness
On April 22, Brett Hayes, MSPT opened the doors of Gridiron Rehab and Athletic Fitness to the Meridian community. Originally from Seattle, Brett has always dreamed of owning his own clinic. His philosophy is to balance manual therapy and functionally based exercise to maximize outcomes for my patients. He feels core stability, balance, and posture are the foundation for functional mobility. From a motivational perspective, Brett functions more as a coach and educator, as well as a therapist. Gridiron...It is rehab, with ATTITUDE!!
